Hahn will let Susan know if we get close to $800 at any point in the 06-07 year. Motioned and approved to add Dave England (new Cubmaster) and Susan Klug (new Committee Chair) as signers on the bank account. Bryon has to stay on or we have to close the account and open a new one. Discussion of Recent Events: Spring campout feedback. (Mark & Mike) Another great weekend! Thanks Mark Fisher & Mike Jones! Great overall, campfire and s'mores were well run and under control. Some suggestions were given for next years hike. Make sure we have a lead that no hiker gets in front of and a tail that no hiker falls behind, have a middle point that can see both the lead and the tail. The lead will need to stop at least at midpoint and wait for the tail to be in site, take in the view catch breaths, then move along. Another suggestion was floated, with such a large group perhaps having a fitness hike and a nature hike at the same time, both would need to follow the above guidelines but the groups could hit the trails at their desired paces. Parents would need to be in same group with own kids. Future ( next campout Mike is going to reserve ASAP for May 4-6th, 2007 at Heise) Fort Rosecrans feedback (Bryon) Meeting at Fort Rosecrans was a good plan, stick to that next year. More parents arriving earlier would allow us to collect more flags so that we aren't left empty handed or begging as much.
