Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 616!

Pack 616 serves the northern Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, California and is part of the San Diego-Imperial Council - Rancho Mesa District.

Pack 616 is part of one of the world's largest youth organizations, Cub Scouts, a division of Boy Scouts of America.

A boy may join our pack when he enters kindergarten. Our roundup is held mid-September every year.

Most of our Webelos bridge to local Boy Scout troops like Troop 663, Troop 616 and Troop 301.

For those of you who are not familiar with our Pack 616 site, I wanted to draw your attention to a really useful feature. You can subscribe to our pack calendar directly on your iPhone, Android phone, or computer using the Calendar Sync option. By clicking on Calendar Sync on the left side of this site, you can customize which Den's events you want to see, alongside the pack calendar. I have also pre-created calendar feed links you can use below (click "read more"). These per den feeds also include general Pack 616 events, such as Pack Shows and Campouts.

Annual Planning Meeting

On Tuesday 7/23, I would like to welcome all parents to the annual Pack 616 planning meeting at Jeff's house from 6-8pm (see email for address). We will be planning the schedule and activities for the upcoming year. Please review the proposed schedule and come ready with input and suggestions. We are a parent run organization, so help from all is greatly appreciated and necessary to continue this great program for our kids.

Please let me know if you have any questions. If you are out of town, or unable to attend please email your feedback Jeff and/or Gabe before the meeting so we can voice your input at the meeting.

We will be providing pizza. Please adults only so we can laser focus on the planning.
